How do I cancel an order and return an item?

Please contact Customer Services on 0845 351 0030 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or email our Customer Services - customerservices@cablesandstuff.com - regarding the item(s) that you wish to return or cancel. If you wish to return an item we will send you a Returns Form and assign you a returns number. Complete the Returns Form ensuring that you give the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the item is defective). Please wrap the item securely in its original packaging (please see our packaging guidelines in our returns policy) with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories and clearly mark the external packaging with your returns number and send it to us at :-
