By becoming a buying for business customer you can receive many additional benefits from Cables and Stuff. These include setting up an account with us which not only makes it a lot easier for you to pay but also entitles you to discount prices on many products live in your own online account area.

To register, simply click on 'Apply Now' and follow the instructions.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be verified and made live and your user name and password to be mailed back to you this person will become the Account Owner.

The Account Owner will then have the ability to add and remove members from the company who you wish to be able to view your account information within the Buying for Business Account Area. Once set up you can change your password to something more memorable by visiting 'My Members' and 'Edit Member'.

The Buying for Business Account Area has been designed to provide you with access to a number of interactive services - full details are listed below.

Access Levels - My Members

We realise that you may not want to allow all of your staff access to all areas of the Membership Account Area. We have therefore allowed for four levels of access which can be controlled by anyone who has been designated with the Account Owner status.

Account Owner

Has access to and can see all information including pricing, view all invoices and account details.

Accounts

Can view historical invoices and orders being processed.

Buyer

Can place orders and view their own personal order histories.

D & E/Sales

Can view prices and stock availability.

All Members can access the Branding PDFs Area.

Online Ordering

Once you have logged into the Buying for Business Account Area you will be able to see your prices against all of the products shown on the catalogue.

Simply find the products that you want by clicking on the products or manufacturer buttons at the top of the screen or using the menu on the right hand side of the screen.

To order a product simply enter the number of items you required and click the select button. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you can add them to your basket or alternatively to a 'planning list'.

Next to each product you will be able to see if a product is currently in stock - highlighted with a green tick. If a product is currently out of stock you will see a telephone icon suggesting that you call our sales office to check availability.

At the point of ordering if you have selected a product that isnt in stock, if there is an alternative product available, this will be highlighted to you, giving you the option to switch.

My Basket

Once you have selected your items you will have the ability to change the delivery address and select what type of delivery service you require.

Please note that our orders can only be delivered within the UK. You must include a post code in the delivery address to enable the order to be processed. Once you are happy with the order click on 'Submit Order'.

My Planning Lists

If you tend to order similar products on a regular basis, then the Planning List feature will be a useful tool and will save you a lot of time. You can have as many lists as you like and once you've compiled a planning list its easy for you to convert it to an order.

You can also change the quantities or actual products included - so it's flexible to your requirements.

When you select the products that you want, simply click the 'Add to Planning List' button at the bottom of the screen. If you have more than one planning list set up it will ask you which one you would like to select.

My Accounts

Account Summary

Check your current account balance, payment terms, and other details.

My Live Orders

If you have the appropriate access level you can view orders that are currently being processed. If an order is being held this may be that you have exceeded your credit limit and you will need to contact our Credit Control team before this can be released.

My Invoice History

You can view copies of your invoices from the last 3 months.
