Cablelay

­The Cablelay range was introduced around the millennium to provide protection to the structured cabling systems being installed into commercial buildings. At the time CAT5E cabling was the standard with CAT6 cabling about to be ratified. The demands on the performance of the cables meant that it was essential to protect them from attack from water or chemicals and from any damage which may occur during installation or later from uneven surfaces, sharp edges, ridges, pressure points, etc.
